We bought a vacant building in 2006 and set about renovating it in the most intelligent way we could imagine, making it a prime model of best practices for green construction and innovation. Our staff moved into the building in November 2008.

Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design
We are applying for LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building project meets the highest green-building and performance measures. All certified projects receive a LEED plaque, which is the nationally-recognized symbol demonstrating that a building is environmentally responsible, profitable, and a healthy place to live and work.
We can help you pursue certification for your green initiative whether it is through the USGBC’s LEED certification program or another certification program.

Hage & Hage Awarded LEED Gold Certification
The office of Hage & Hage, on September 28, 2009, achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for New Construction (LEED® NC) Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Green Building Certification Institute. The USGBC’s LEED® system provides third-party verification that a building was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
