J.K. Hage III is the son of founding attorney, James J. Hage.
Mr. Hage is a practicing attorney, a founder of Independent Wireless One, a Sprint PCS affiliate, a member of several professional associations, and a frequent public speaker on law, financial transactions, and progressive energy uses.
Daniel A. Burgess, Esq.
Daniel A. Burgess practices business law, including employment law, business succession & estate planning and municipal law.
He began his legal career as a law student at the Cooley Clinic, a non-profit organization that provided legal representation for other non-profit organizations. Dan then worked for four years at The Johnson Law Office in Sauquoit, New York.

Robert P. Barrowman, Esq.
Robert P. Barrowman practices business law, including contract law and tax law, as well as, estate planning, construction law, telecommunications and municipal law.
During law school, Robert was research assistant to the then Associate Dean of Academic affairs, now Dean of Albany Law School and a legal intern at the Albany Law School Low Income Tax Payer Clinic, which represents clients in various disputes with the IRS that include determinations of deficiencies and refunds, offers in compromise, and innocent spouse relief requests.

Nathan D. VanWhy, Esq.
Nathan D. VanWhy practices corporate law, real estate law, green building law and municipal law.
While at Albany Law School, Nathan gained experience working for the Albany County District Attorney's Office, a New York State Supreme Court Justice, the New York State Bar Association, and a private law firm. Nathan also was a member and Lead Article Editor of Albany Law School's prestigious Journal of Science and Technology during his time at Albany Law.

Amy Dust, Analyst LEED AP
Amy Dust is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). Her expertise is in the field of sustainable development; she has participated in green building and environmental land use projects on many different levels through her work at Hage & Hage LLC. Amy worked through the design, construction and certification stages as the project manager of Hage & Hage’s own building project, which is the region’s first privately owned certified green office building. In addition, Amy has contributed to the intelligent design of several commercial, not-for-profit and municipal projects which include evaluating and incorporating energy efficiency, renewable energy and green building features adding measurable value for the project owners and the surrounding community.Amy is registered with the Enterprise Foundation as a Pre-Qualified Charrette Facilitator.
Before joining Hage & Hage LLC, Amy worked in international business and foreign manufacturing. She has built on that experience at Hage & Hage in the areas of contracts, company analysis, government contracts & regulatory compliance, complex real estate transactions and construction contracts. She speaks Spanish.

Amy Porter, Practice Manager
Amy M. Porter has been with Hage & Hage for over 20 years and currently serves as the firm's Practice Manager. Amy has experience in business organizations, succession and estate planning, capital formation, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise includes technology, telecommunications and energy law, regulation at the state and federal levels, and strategic taxes and regulatory fee analyses. Amy assists telecommunications (including VoIP) clients on issues related to state certifications, tariffs, consumer complaints, carrier-to-carrier issues, tax issues, and state and federal agency reporting requirements, particularly those relating to Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI), Federal Universal Service Fund (USF), Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC), and Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA).
Amy is an integral member of the Hage & Hage team which advises companies as they emerge, develop and evaluate business opportunities in the technology, telecommunications and energy sectors.
